Broad Arch Investments, LLC was founded in 2016 by Adam M. Berlin and Juan S. Calle with a mission to deliver value in real estate development.  The company currently focuses on residential purchases and remodels as well as ground-up new construction in the Atlanta area.  Mr. Evan Rosenberg joined the team in the first year as early projects went online.

By the close of 2016, BAI, LLC and its members already had projects worth over $5 million either sold or in progress.  The company looks forward to careful, measured expansion in 2017 and delivering more quality new homes and projects.
